How do I analyze a contract?

Open the app, paste your contract text into the text field on the home screen, and tap "Analyze contract." Results will appear within seconds showing red, amber, and green flags with plain-English explanations.

What file types can I upload?

PDF upload is available on the Unlimited plan ($4.99/month). Free and Basic users can analyze contracts by pasting text directly into the app.

How many analyses do I get per month?

Free plan: 3 analyses per month. Basic plan ($2.99/month): 12 analyses per month. Unlimited plan ($4.99/month): unlimited analyses.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Tap the upgrade banner on the Results screen or navigate to the Upgrade option in the app. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and renew monthly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Contract FinePrint → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Contract FinePrint → Cancel.

How do I restore my purchases?

On the upgrade screen, tap "Restore Purchases" to restore any previous subscription purchases to your account.

Is my contract text stored?

No. Contract text you submit for analysis is not retained after processing is complete. We strongly advise removing all personal identifying information before submitting any document.

How do I delete my account?

On the home screen, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account." You will be asked to confirm before your account and all associated data is permanently deleted.

How do I enable or disable Face ID / fingerprint login?

After logging in, you will be prompted to enable biometric login. To disable it, tap "Disable Face ID" (iOS) or "Disable Fingerprint" (Android) on the home screen.

What should I do if the app crashes or freezes?

Close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall from the App Store or Google Play. Your account and history will be restored when you log back in. Contact us if problems continue.
